The French capital really needs no introduction. Its renowned attractions - the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Champs Elysees, Sacre Coeur - are among the world's best loved and most photographed, while her museums - the Louvre, the Musee d'Orsay, the Musee Picasso - are amongst the most visited and most cherished.

Paris has so much to offer visiting students, its grand boulevards and the narrower streets of the lesser-known quartiers reveal a new delight at every step. When it comes to exploring the city, consider starting at Paris’ historic island heart, the Ile de la Cité, where the exquisite church of Saint-Chapelle and the ancient prison, the Conciergerie, are all that remain of a once great palace. Here you will also find the fabled Notre Dame Cathedral, one of Europe’s finest gothic masterpieces. From there you can head in any direction and discover Paris’ spectacular sights – the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Sacré Coeur and the Louvre, to name a few!
