I have worked in the travel industry for over 28 years, 25 of those in educational travel within market leading companies. I have held a senior management position within the educational travel market for over 16 years, heading up successful sales and operations teams offering the full spectrum of learning outside the classroom needs.

My experience in the industry has strengthened my belief that teachers need reliable and knowledgeable support that they can trust when planning educational tours – from an operator with an impeccable safety record. The driving force behind everything I do is my desire  to create passionate, knowledgeable and dynamic teams within NGT to provide customers with an exceptional service by tour operators who care about every detail of their tour.

I am committed to building engaged personal relationships with our customers, staff and suppliers whilst delivering tours to the very highest of safety and service standards.
