Making Your Booking
At Study Experiences, we aim to minimise your workload when organising your tour. Our dedicated administration team ensures that making your booking is a simple process. We provide an easy-to-complete Booking Form that we ask you to return to us with your students' deposit payments.
On receipt of your Booking Form and deposits, our administration team will confirm your tour arrangements, advise when the final balance payment is due, and request any further information that we require, such as passport details (for flight-inclusive tours) and your rooming list. Once again, we have pre-prepared forms for you to use to complete this information, which can be sent to you either by email or by post.
Throughout this process, your dedicated Programme Manager will be available to discuss any specific requirements you may have, to ensure every detail of the tour is organised to give your students the best possible experience during their time away.
Naturally, should you need to make any amendments to your booking prior to depature, then our administration team will be on hand to assist you. Then once your final balance payment has been made, we will be able to prepare your final travel documentation and send it to you, so that you are fully organised and prepared well in advance of the tour departure date.
