Music at The British Music Experience

For AS/A Level and GCSE students

Study Experiences is delighted to offer schools and colleges the opportunity to take part in our education programme at the world's most popular live music venue - The O2 in London. We focus the education programme on the British Music Experience, which opened in 2009 at The O2.

Students will attend two education sessions hosted by Study Experiences, during their visit to the British Music Experience exhibition, and will take part in the Student Learning Challenge that will help develop their knowledge and understanding of their subject.

During the education sessions, students will consider a range of creative performance topics:

- Development of British music since the 1950s

- Music production

- Exploring ways music can be combined with other art forms

- Creative music and lyric writing

- Media production

- Performance and communication with different audiences
