At Study Experiences, we minimise your workload when organising the tour. We take care of every aspect of your arrangements including, of course, providing a highly valuable education programme. For each of our tours we produce a specific Tour Information Pack or provide a personalised quotation, which include full details of the travel and accommodation arrangements, the educational content, price and our Safety Management System, ensuring you have all the information you need to make your booking, clearly presented in writing.

Furthermore, to assist you while obtaining permission for the tour and then collecting your students' deposit payments, we will hold places for you on your chosen tour, without the need for any commitment on your part.

From your initial contact with us, our highly experienced office team will look after all your requirements, providing all necessary information, answering any specific questions you may have and liaising with you up until the time you depart.
