For each of our tours we produce a subject-specific Tour Information Pack, which includes full details of the education programme, your travel and accommodation arrangements and the tour price, ensuring you have all the information you need to book your chosen tour, clearly presented in writing.

We also provide key additional information such as Study Experiences’ Safety Management Standards, our Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge Certificate and School Travel Forum Certificate of Compliance, our guide to effective group safety management on educational visits, our travel insurance policy cover details, passport and visa information and sample letter to parents.

Furthermore, to assist you while obtaining permission for the trip and then collecting your students’ deposit payments, we will hold places for you on your chosen tour, without the need for any commitment on your part. Finally, with Study Experiences, there is no minimum number of students required to make a booking. Our programmes are available to groups of all sizes.
