All of Study Experiences’ educational programmes have been specifically developed to match national and school curriculum and examination specifications. The educational content is prepared and delivered by EBC Education Ltd, one of the UK's leading educational consultancies who design and manage learning programmes for government, charities, heritage organisations, major corporations and leading attractions.

EBC is one of the few education consultancies selected by the Central Office of Information to provide educational resources to schools. They work alongside government agencies and subject matter experts to ensure quality, authority and depth of learning. EBC keeps fully up to date with QCA and examination board changes and has regular contact with teachers to ensure Study Experiences offers genuinely valuable learning opportunities at all our destinations.

The Study Experiences Education Director and education production team spend considerable time ‘behind the scenes’ at each destination, talking to and filming senior managers, staff and expert practitioners to determine exactly how each subject’s curriculum and exam specifications can be brought to life through case studies, specially filmed video footage, guest question and answer sessions, student assignment projects and other learning tools.

The result of this research and our exclusive access to leading business and industry professionals is the creation of a number of dynamic and highly stimulating learning events, using multimedia presentation techniques, hosted by our professional facilitators. Alongside the development of the live learning events, Study Experiences’ education team also create comprehensive Education Guides with fact sheets, background information and assignment projects.

Helping Teachers and Tutors meet Learning Objectives
Teachers and tutors are fully involved with the creation and assessment of our education programmes. This ensures that our education team delivers stimulating and highly worthwhile educational programmes that meet clearly defined learning objectives.

Every Study Experience starts in your classroom with specially prepared pre-visit projects to engage students ahead of the tour to come. During their time away, students attend a highly focussed learning event, as well as having the opportunity to carry out a number of specially prepared assignments, helping them to match their learning with your teaching requirements.

On their return to school or college, students can complete follow-up work projects and all teachers are asked to complete Evaluation Forms. No other curriculum-led educational tour programme offers such a complete learning experience geared directly to teaching requirements.
